- Abstract
- 본 연구는 쉼터 이용 청소년의 서비스 만족도에 영향을 주는 요인을 탐색함에 있어 청소년 쉼터 실무자의 이용자중심실천 수준의 독자적인 영향력을 확인하는 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구목적 달성을 위해, 국내 청소년 쉼터를 이용하고 있는 청소년 104명을 대상으로 수집한 2차 자료를 활용하였고, 주요 연구문제 해결을 위해 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과는 개인요인, 서비스 요인, 기관요인의 영향력을 통제한 후에도 쉼터 이용 청소년이 인식하는 실무자의 이용자중심실천 수준이 서비스 만족도에 유의한 정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과에 기초하여, 쉼터 이용 청소년의 서비스 만족도 개선을 위한 구체적인 사회복지적 함의를 제안하였다.
