- Abstract
- The purpose of this study was to analyze the types of injuries, causes and rehabilitation according to the gender of tennis players and finally provide detailed information on rehabilitation and future measures for sports. In response, this study conducted an online survey of 176 male and female tennis players to analyze sports injury and rehabilitation, and the conclusion of the survey was as follows.
According to the analysis of the type of injury, the ankle was the highest frequency, and there was no difference in gender. Alysis of the time of injury showed that practice was the most common result, and there was no gender difference. According to the analysis of the seasons in which Shanghai appeared, winter was the season in which Shanghai appeared the most, and there was no difference in gender.
According to the analysis of the cause of injury, carelessness was the most common cause, and among his carelessness, there was a significant difference between warm-up exercise and excessive desire to win. Among the causes of injury, the training itself showed significant differences in exercise intensity, exercise frequency, and exercise time, and there were no gender differences in the environment itself and location. According to the results of the injury treatment and method analysis, the hospital showed the highest results and there was no gender difference. According to the analysis of the treatment period after injury, 1 to 3 weeks showed the highest results, and there was no difference in gender. According to the analysis of the period from injury to return to training, less than a week was the highest result, and there was no gender difference. In conclusion, to minimize injury to tennis players, the main injury area of tennis should be recognized, the characteristics of tennis technology should be scientifically analyzed to develop systematic and effective exercise programs, and leaders and athletes should also improve education and training to prevent injury.
