어머니의 성인애착 유형에 따른 유아의 제반 행동 특성 분석: 회복탄력성, 자아존중감, 언어능력, 주의집중력, 작업기억을 중심으로

Abstract

본 연구는 어머니의 성인애착 유형에 따른 유아의 회복탄력성, 자아존중감, 언어능력, 주의집중력, 작업기억의 차이를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 수도권 유치원에 재원중인 만 5세 유아와 어머니 각 198명이었다. ‘유아 회복탄력성 검사’, ‘유아 자아존중감 검사’, ‘유아 수용ㆍ표현언어 검사’, ‘유아 주의집중력 검사’, ‘유아 작업기억 검사’ 그리고 ‘성인애착검사’를 통해 연구자료를 수집하였으며, 수집된 자료는 One-way ANOVA, Scheffé 검증을 통해 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 어머니의 성인애착 유형에 따라 유아의 회복탄력성, 자아존중감, 언어능력, 주의집중력, 작업기억은 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 안정애착 유형의 어머니의 자녀들은 언어능력, 회복탄력성, 자아존중감, 주의집중력, 작업기억이 다른 성인애착 유형의 어머니들의 자녀보다 유의미하게 높은 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이러한 본 연구결과는 어머니의 성인애착 유형에 따른 유아의 제반 행동특성에 대한 정보 구축 뿐 아니라, 효과적인 부모교육 및 상담 방안 구축에 의미 있는 시사점을 제공하고 있다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the differences of children’s recovery resilience, self-esteem, language ability, attentional capability and working memory according to the mothers’ adult attachment. The subjects in this study were 198 five-year-old children who attend kindergartens, and their mothers in Capital area. The research date were collected through the 'Healthy Kids Resilience Module', 'Children's Self-esteem Scale', 'ReceptiveㆍExpressive Vocabulary Test', 'Mr. CUCUI', and 'K-WISC IV'. Data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA and Scheffé. Results of this study indicate that the children’s recovery resilience, self-esteem, language ability, attentional capability and working memory were found to be significantly different in accordance with the mothers’ types of adult attachment. The results also found that children with mothers who showed a secure attachment indicated a higher level of recovery resilience, self-esteem, language ability, attentional capability and working memory than the others. Finally, results revealed information to understand children's behavior characteristics according to mothers' adults attachment and led to suggestions regarding effective parents education and counseling.
