- Abstract
- 본 연구는 선수들이 지각하는 코치의 자율적, 통제적 코칭행동을 측정하기 위한 척도 개발의 목적으로 수행되었다. 이러한 목적을 해결하기 위하여 김병준과 오수학(2008)의 척도 개발 절차를 준수하여 개방형 설문을 실시하고 내용분석을 통해 1차 코칭행동 척도 문항을 개발하였다. 이후 탐색 및 확인적 요인분석을 통해 계량적인 구인 타당도 검증을 실시하여 최종적인 한국형 코칭행동 척도를 개발하였다. 선수들이 지각하는 코치들의 자율적 코칭행동에 행동에 대한 내용 분석결과 자율적인 훈련 분위기, 개인 사생활 보장, 시합전략 자율성 인정, 학업 배려 요인으로 나타났으며, 선수들이 지각하는 통제적 코칭행동은 개인 사생활 간섭과 강압적 운동 분위기요인으로 확인되었다. 따라서 이러한 분석결과를 코칭행동 관련 선행연구와 현장적용적 관점에서 논의하였다.
