| dc.description.abstract | 석면은 가공하기 쉬운 특성과 저렴한 가격 때문에 건축이나 각종 제품의 생산에 광범위하게 사용되었다. 현재는 석면에 의한 건강 피해가 알려져 사용이 제한되었지만 인체 내에서의 긴 잠복기를 가지므로 향후 석면관련 질환은 계속 증가할 것으로 예상된다. 석면관련 질환 중 폐암은 조기에 발견하지 않으면 예후가 나빠 생존율이 매우 낮은 병으로 폐암의 석면관련성이 인정되면 피해보상을 받을 수 있다. 석면관련 폐암은 직업환경의학과, 병리과, 호흡기내과, 영상의학과 전문의 등이 논의하여 인정 여부를 결정하며 이에 석면관련 폐암의 영상의학적 진단에 대해 기술하고자 한다. | - |
