Abstract

It is wondered ‘best virtue(善)’ to win the in the field of sport around the factors that are ignored in order to win conjunction with ‘justice’ in this study. In other words, in the various situations that occur in the sports field ‘actions carried out in order to win are all justice, or not justice’ utilitarian view to finding a peaceful solution ‘justice’ in the dilemma in that community care point of view, the liberal point of view, teleological perspective was investigated based on. It is solve dilemma for justice in sport which we think ‘justice, how can we view about it’. It is definition of justice in sport ‘to do my best to win the victory fair and square in a given rule’. Victory in the sport, it is best virtue to all those who participated in sports, everyone is to obtain the best justice. Even if the rules of the sport are obtained through the act, no matter how poor a victory that would keep anyone would want to have. However, this victory is when the action must have been made via the righteous victory in its value is obtained more shine from the justice and unfair victory would be get to just hurt.
