필라테스 지도자의 매력성이 참가자의 운동열정 및 운동지속수행에 미치는 영향

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between attraction of pilates instructors and exercise passion and adherence of pilates participants. Data were collected by 220 pilates participants in Seoul and Gyeonggido. The reliability and validity test of the questionnaire it self was conducted by using SPSS & AMOS Window 18.0 program; the results of descriptive analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, standard multiple regression analysis, path analysis are as follows; First, the attraction of pilates instructor has partially an effect the exercise passion of participants. Second, the attraction of pilates instructor partially affects the exercise adherence of pilates participants. Third, the exercise passion has partially influence on the adherence of participants. Lastly there is a causal relationship between attraction of pilates participants, the exercise passion and adherence of pilates participants.
