- Abstract
- Frequency-selective characteristic is investigated using analytical method in fiber bragg gratings. It is found that total reflection occurs at desired frequency for proper choices of grating layer thickness and index difference. We study on the frequency-selective reflection and transmission in a planar rectangular for using RCW(Rigorous, Coupled Wave Theory) and TPS(Thin Phase Screen Method). We proposed reasonable, proper parameters of the grating as frequency-selective structure. When grating structure performs as single frequency transmission, we could decide grating period and permittivity. © Research India Publications.
