| dc.description.abstract | 본 논문에서는 최근 스마트폰의 성능 고도화에 따라 업무처리를 위한 모바일 오피스 프로그램들이 서비스 되는 환경에 맞춰 다양한 플랫폼 환경에서 사용이 가능한 하이브리드 모바일 CRM 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 본 시스템을 구현하기 위하여 시스템 요구사항을 정의하고, 시스템 아키텍쳐를 설계하였다. 또한 설계한 시스템을 구현하기 위해 시스템 모듈도, 데이터 흐름도, 시스템 동작절차를 정의하고 시스템을 구현하였다. 본 논문에서 설계한 하이브리드 모바일 CRM을 테스트하기 위해 테스트 시나리오를 작성하여 테스트를 수행하였다. 그 결과 멀티플랫폼 환경에서 단말기의 화면 사이즈나 해상도에 영향 없이 하이브리드 모바일 CRM 시스템이 정상동작 하는 것을 확인하였다. | - |
