Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improvement of supply system for public rental housing consideringsocial change and demands as stated above. With the respect, it will indicate pending issues and derivesolutions from comparison of users' and plan participants' awareness. Through consciousness survey ofplan participants and users of public rental housing, this study extracted key words for improvementdirections and analyzed their consciousness. The results are summarized as follows: The interests of the residents are the lives of the residents toaffect for their lives. However experts required at the planning stage, very interested social mix,maintenance issues, etc, the life of the residents did not leave a big concern. Managers in planning stagefor the development floor plan type change, public institutions, experts involved in the constructionprofessionals, architects concerned that it is important to be able to minimize the change of the parentplan. However, the rent should be placed in convenient transportation area, move away from large-scalehousing estates in development, there are important points that an early build of the various infrastructureshows the consensus. In addition, funding for rental housing has also seen a general consensus that therole of the government as very important. Group-specific characteristics and differences over consciousness proposed to improve the underlyingproblems and issues related to the direction of public rental housing.
