dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the organizational justice and psychological contract of hotel employee. The study examines the interrelationships between five main constructs: procedural justice, interactional justice, distributive justice, relational contract, and transactional contract. Using 260 samples drawn from the upscale hotels in Seoul, South Korea, the research model investigates six hypotheses using a structural equation modeling approach(SEM). The results show that five hypotheses(H1,H2,H4,H5, and H6) are supported and one hypothesis(H3) is rejected. Specifically, the procedural and distributive justice have significant influences ontransactional and rational contract, respectively. However, interaction justice positively influences rational contract, but does not affect transactional contract. Theoretical and managerial implications are suggested.-
