dc.description.abstractIn this paper, in order to derive a basic feature of FMS, case study of the major domestic FMS are performed. After investigation,10 main menus and 58 sub-menus are established for super tall building. Derived from the standard features, 20 selected pilot functionsare selected then its user interface of function and maintenance of super tall building are designed. The characteristics of super tall buildingswith one screen and also BIM capabilities are shown in a FMS user interface. Implementation of the standard features have been validatedthrough a pilot test. This system will be applied to a Intiland building located in Indonesia.-
