dc.description.abstract | The purposes of this study is to establish the foundation of consistently promoting the National Fitness 100 project as a national project by analyzing the effects on the Psychological Happiness, Living Satisfaction, and Continuing Exercise Intention of the Factors of Fun by Participating in the National Fitness 100 Program targeting to the 264 of adults participating in the program currently at the comprehensive social welfare center of k city, Gyeonggi-do, which is one of the core fitness management centers in the metropolitan area of the project. We implemented the exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach’s αcalculation, frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression for the collected data. The results of this study according to those methods and processes are as below:First, there were significant positive relationships amongst the fun factors, Psychological happiness, living satisfaction, and continuing exercise intention of the participants of the National Fitness 100 Program. Second, sociality, accomplishment, and improving fitness aims which are sub-factors of fun factors gave significant positive effects on fun and confidence which are sub-factors of the Psychological happiness. Third, sociality, accomplishment, and improving fitness aims which are sub-factors of fun factors gave significant positive effects on living satisfaction. Fourth, sociality, accomplishment, and improving fitness aims which are sub-factors of fun factors gave significant positive effects on continuing exercise intention. As the results above, it has been proved that the National Fitness 100 Project which is one of the national projects to improve fitness of the people and their living quality provides fun to the participants. Fun factors of the project have increased fun and confidence of the participants as well as given satisfaction during their daily life. In addition, it is expected that those positive effects of the project will contribute to improve fitness and health of the people by leading them to exercises consistently. | - |
