Objective: The aim of this study is to know preventive diagnosis for gingivitis and relaxation effect of disease four times for each two week. Methods: The authors implement oral prophylaxis and tooth Brush training in control group and ultrasound stimulation which is one of electric stimulation therapy during physical therapy in experimental group for 20 gingivitis patients each 5 minutes in a day, After exam, we gain results as follows by measuring Russell's periodontal index and gingival crevicular fluid. Results: Third and fourth examination index are low, compared with first exam in control group and experimental group while measurement is being progress in it of Russell's periodontal index (p<0.05), but there is no statistical difference between control group and experimental group (p>0.05). There is no statistical differences on gingival crevicular fluid of maxillary central incisor in control group and experimental group when patients came to clinic at 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th time. Conclusion: After oral prophylaxis and tooth Brush training, in control group and experimental group implementation of ultrasound stimulation of electric stimulation therapy for gingivitis patients four times in eight weeks don't expect gingivitis relaxation effect. Gingivitis relaxation is affected significantly by controlling frequency of use intensity and length.-
