Abstract

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES The purpose of this study is calling plans, especially in the Public utilities, to raise the legal guarantees for key money. (2) RESEARCH METHOD This study, based on the existing literature, the theoretical research and policy proposals from the point of view of the constitutionally guaranteed property rights for key money incentives. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS Key money in the property should be guaranteed by law. 2. RESULTS This study proposed in the shop tenant’s key money 1) The definition of key money, recovery legislation warranty, 2) key money compensation legislation subject, key money-based compensation, and reward key money.
