100세 시대 삶의 질 제고를 위한 노인 여가 분석Ⅰ: 노인 여가 레퍼토리 분석

Abstract

This study designed to analyze elderly’s leisure in Korea to improve their quality of life. Leisure repertoire concept was employed and re-defined as “collection of activity which frequently participate in and feel comfort.” Objectives were to determine elderly’s leisure repertoire, and to test differences among various socio-demographic characteristics. Secondary data which were produced and provided by the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, were used to conduct the study. Based upon the results, it could be concluded that male elderly who live in metropolis area with his/her spouse, has regular monthly personal income, and got a high education level has more active leisure repertoire than those of who are not.
