| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 보육교사들의 직무수행 과정에서 인식하는 보육환경의 질이 보육교사의 직무만족과 소진에 미치는 영향에 관한 요인을 분석하여 보육교사의 직무의욕을 고취하고 소진을 예방하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구를 위해 보육현장에서 재직 중인 보육교사 270명을 대상으로 그들이 인식하는 보육환경의 질, 직무만족, 그리고 소진에 대한 설문지를 연구도구로 활용하였다. 분석 결과, 보육환경의 질에 의한 교사의 직무만족과 소진은 서로 영향을 받고 있으며, 또한 보육환경의 질을 결정짓는 요인이 됨으로써 보육환경의 질을 제고할 수 있는 토대가 된다고 보고 있다. | - |
