- Abstract
- Cameron 궤양은 틈새탈장이 있는 환자에서 탈장 내부의 위점막에 발생하는 미란이나 궤양으로 정의된다. 무증상인 경우가 많지만 일부의 환자에서 철 결핍성 빈혈, 급성 및 만성 위장관 출혈이 나타날 수 있어 임상적으로 중요하다. 저자들은 흑색변으로 내원한 환자에서 철 결핍성 빈혈을 동반한 Cameron 궤양을 진단하였고, 내과적 치료 후 병변의 호전을 확인하였기에 이를 보고하는 바이다.
