- Abstract
- 본 논문은 한·중 FTA 체결에 대비하여 한·중간 교역 확대가 예상되는 동물, 축산물의 수출입 검역제도의 체계화에 대한 연구이다. 동물, 축산물 검역제도는 국경 이동상의 전염병 관리 문제로 축산산업의 발전과 공중위생관리는 물론 동물, 축산물의 무역발전에도 미치는 영향이 크다. 본 연구에서는 한·중 양국의 검역법을 중심으로 검역의 목적, 수출입 검역대상 및 전염병 등을비교·검토하고 한국검역제도의 문제점을 살펴보았다. 그리고 국제통상 관리차원의 연구, 종합적인 수출입 검역법 제정, 야생동물 등에 대한 검역대상 확대, 동물별 지정 전염병 분류 체계의 제정등 다양한 정책적 방안을 제시하였다.
