dc.description.abstractThanks to the development of wireless data service networks, many users are using wireless data. Also rapid growth of the wireless data usage has resulted in the increase in the quality of wireless data services. But the existing research on the service quality control has mainly focused on wired services, and therefore, the quality control technology in wireless services is lacking. To measure the quality of voice, video and data services that can be used in WiBro and HSDPA wireless networks among various wireless data services, this paper designed and implemented a quality measurement system with which to measure the actual wireless data services based on the quality standard of each service. The implemented measurement system can measure the quality of each wireless network, through which it allows effective quality measurement of wireless data service networks and contributes to the improvement of the quality of wireless data. we describe the formatting guidelines for ACM SIG Proceedings. © 2012 ACM.-
