| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구의 목적은 변화하는 과업환경 속에서 사회복지관 지역조직화의 현 기능이 적정한지검토하여 기능을 재정립하고, 현 사회가 요구하는 지역조직화에 적합한 실천모델을 제안하는데 있다. 지역조직화를 실천할 실무자의 참여를 통해 현장에 적합한 연구결과를 도출하기 위하여 지역사회기반참여연구(CBPR)를 적용하였다. 연구팀은 3명의 연구진과 7명의 실무자로 구성되었으며, 4회의 연구진-실무자 FGI를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 지역조직화의 기능 중 복지네트워크 구축, 자원개발 및 관리는 사회복지관의 기반기능으로 분리하고, 지역조직화는 현재의주민조직화 기능에 집중할 것이 제안되었다. 실천과정으로는 관계형성-문제발견 및 선택-문제 확인-전략 개발-지역조직화-종결 및 확산의 선순환과정이 제안되었고, 주민조직화 사업별 모델보다는 실천원칙을 과정중심, 가치중심, 선순환, 기능중심, 상호성장중심, 융합·연계중심, 다양성 강조-을 제시하고 지역환경별 사업을 이 원칙에 따라 수행할 것을 제안하였다. 마지막으로 지역조직화의 기능과 실천모델에 대한 실천적·연구적 함의를 논의하였다. | - |
