dc.description.abstractThis study was processed for verification of the Difference in risk factors for metabolic syndrome According to the condition and type of physical activity in middle age. The data were collected in the middle-aged groups 7,614(M: 3,220 F: 4,394) from in National Health and Nutrition Survey (2014~2017). The collected data were analysed with SPSS 23.0 for frequency analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, 2-way(2×2) and 2-way(2×3) ANOVA. The study has gained the following results: First, the middle-aged men participating in the physical activities showed significant difference in HDL cholesterol compared to the middle-aged men who do not participate in the physical activities. Also, the middle-aged women participating in physical activities showed significant difference in girth, systolic blood pressure, fasting blood sugar, HDL cholesterol, and neutral fat compared to women who do not participate in the physical activities. Secondly, the middle-aged women participating in muscle exercise/combined exercise showed significantly low systolic blood pressure and significantly high HDL cholesterol compared to the middle-aged women participating in the aerobic exercise. Also, the middle-aged men participating in muscle exercise/combined exercise showed significantly low neutral fat compared to the middle-aged men participating in the aerobic exercise.-
