- Abstract
- The purpose of this study was to analyze of constraint factors of physical activity participation with stroke survivor according the stage of change. For the study, the researcher selected total 111 stroke survivors(61 male and 50 female. age 59.36± 12.65) who are registered in the 4 selected rehabilitation hospital are located in Inchon. This study analyzed factor analysis, frequency analysis, T-test, ANOVA by SPSS/Win 25.0 Version. All these statistic values were tested in the significant level of .05. The result of the study showed that the constraint dimension of exercise in stroke survivor were 1) fear of injury, 2) lack of knowledge to exercise, 3) bed health and illness, 4) motivation loss, 5) lack of time and chance, 6) low economic condition. Furthermore, as result of analysis on difference according to stage of change of exercise, 2 constraints(lack of knowledge to exercise and motivation loss) of exercise offered a significant contribution towards prediction of the stage of change.
