dc.description.abstractAs SNS is widely spreading on the development of internet and smart phones, many users are able to share various forms of social media such as texts, photos, and videos on the social network. The user context such as interest, relationship, or emotion exists in the social media contents. So it is very meaningful to analyze and use the information from the social media contents. In this paper, we propose personalized social search mechanism which is designed to provide the search results to the user based on user context analysis. We extract the user’s information such as social relationship, interest, emotion, and the correlation of hashtags by user’s social context. The proposed search system utilizes the analyzed results. To verify the performance of the proposed system, we have implemented to show the experiment results. © 2018, Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.-
