- Abstract
- 본 연구는 신경심리학적 관점을 반영하여 개발된 성인용 공감 척도(BES-A) 구성 요인을 타당화 하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 2017년 4월에서 5월까지 서울, 경기, 인천, 충청권 지역에 거주하는 대학생 195명을 대상으로 요인구조를 탐색하였고, 215명을 대상으로 원척도(BES-A)에서 제시한 요인구조가 국내에서도 적합한지 확인적 요인분석을 실시하여 그 타당성을 확보하였으며, 대인관계 반응지수(IRI)와의 상관관계 분석으로 준거타당도를 확보하였다. 분석 결과, 원척도와 동일한 3요인 구조(정서적 전염, 인지적 공감, 정서적 분리)의 16문항으로 구성되어 하위요인의 명칭도 동일하게 명명하였다. 이러한 연구결과는 원척도에서 제시한 요인구조가 한국인을 대상으로 적용 가능함을 시사하고 있다. 아울러 본 연구의 결과가 지니는 함의 및 연구의 제한점을 논의 하였다.
