dc.description.abstract | Humans are complex organisms that use the five senses in both dynamic and static conditions, but buildings, on the other hand, seek a way to judge and control indoor environment comfort according to fixed sensor location. So far, fixed sensors in buildings can't be replaced by judging the five senses felt by humans, so there can be no buildings that can provide comfort and energy savings in an indoor environment. Therefore, in this study, measuring the five human senses was used to provide a way to reduce the indoor comfort and energy of any building, where we made use of the non-contact Vibra image (EEG). To 5-7 years old, sensory characteristics, behavioral characteristics and concentration patterns were measured. The stimulation conditions were analyzed according to how the visual (color temperature) 3 unit, auditory (sound volume) 3 unit, and olfactory (aroma) 3 unit stimulated changes. As a result, the sensory characteristics in a dynamic state were likewise good in 2,700 K (color temperature), 60 dB in auditory (sound volume), and rosemary in the olfactory (aroma). Behavioral characteristics were also good in the visual (color temperature) 6,800K, the auditory (sound volume) 30dB, while the olfactory (aroma) was good in the rosemary stimulation. © 2017 International Information Institute. | - |
