dc.description.abstract | Information Technology is expanding to various industrial fields. The trend was behind the birh of a new form of IT service combined with devices and wireless communication technologies. This paper designs and implementations a system that helps the visually impaired to determine a situation through devices and applications by using wireless communication technology. As part of the ETA service, the user's mobile application and devices communicate through Bluetooth and identify destinations and obstacles. Finally they are informed to the user. It is expected that the visually impaired can take advantage of an easy and accurate direction service through the system we propose in the study. © 2017 International Information Institute. | - |
