양택풍수 현대화를 위한 한.중.일 삼국의 비보풍수 비교 연구 Ⅱ -한국과 일본의 비보풍수 비교 연구를 중심으로

Abstract

This study investigated measures to modernistically utilize Bibo Feng Shui (裨補風水: Feng Shui to Remedy Topographical Defects), which is a technique to analyze weak elements and excessive elements in living environments. That is, differences in the methods of utilization of Bibo Feng Shui in three countries; South Korea, China, and Japan were compared and analyzed to present measures to utilize Bibo Feng Shui in modern urban environments. The Bibo Feng Shui utilized in the living environments in South Korea and that utilized in the living environments Japan were comparatively studied.. In the study, the Nijo Castle in Japan and Suwon Hwaseong Fortress in South Korea, where the function of defense and the function of a palace coexist, were compared and analyzed and the Bibo Feng Shui utilized in the Itsukushima Shinto Shrine in Japan, and that utilized in Buseoksa(temple) in Yeongju, South Korea were compared and analyzed.. Through the analyses mentioned above, a plan to utilize the circumstance theory and the exposure theory as road and entry analysis techniques and the theory of Saku Teiki(作庭記) in Japan as a landscaping technique was presented.
