- Abstract
- 본 연구의 목적은 저출산·고령사회 기본계획에 따른 임신·출산·육아 지원정책에 대한 임산부들의 요구를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 서울·경기지역의 임산부 378명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 Borich 공식과 The Locus for Focus 모델로 임신·출산·육아 복지정책에 대한 요구의 우선순위를 결정하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 현재 시행 중인 정부의 임신 및 출산 관련 모든 정책에서 임산부가 인식하는 중요도와 활용도 간에 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 요구도 분석결과, 난임부부 시술비 지원이 가장 높게 나타나 최우선 순위에 뽑혔고, 다음으로 신생아 집중 치료 병상 확충, 선천성 대사이상/신생아 청각선별 검사 및 환아관리, 미숙아·선천성 이상아 의료비 지원으로 ‘신생아 의료지원’ 영역의 요구가 높게 나타났으며, 뒤이어 산모·신생아 도우미 서비스, 아이돌봄서비스, 출산장려금 순으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 기초로 임신·출산·육아 관련 정책 중 개선할 부분에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다.
