태권도 겨루기 선수의 지도자신뢰와 수행전략의 관계에서 심판판정인식의 매개효과

Abstract

This study was processed for verification of the effect of leader trust on performance strategy in taekwondo kyorugi players and investigation of mediating effect on referee judgment awareness. The data were collected in the university 321 players with purposive sampling of nonprobability sampling. The collected data were analysed with SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 18.0 for confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, and structure equation analysis. The study has gained the following results: First, leader trust of the players had positive effect on performance strategy. Second, leader trust of the players had positive effect on referee judgment awareness. Third, referee judgment awareness of the players had positively affect performance strategy. Fourth, referee judgment awareness of the players partial mediated the relationship between leader trust and performance strategy.
