청소년 태권도 품새선수들의 스포츠자신감이 자아존중감 및 자아탄력성에 미치는 영향

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of sport confidence on self - esteem and ego - resilience of teenager's Taekwondo Poomsae players. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, data processing was performed using the PASW Statistics 18 program as follows. First, Frequency Analysis was performed to identify the general characteristics of the study subjects. Second, Exploratory Factor Analysis was performed to verify the validity of the survey tool, and Cronbach's α coefficient was calculated to check the reliability. Third, correlation analysis was performed to identify the problems of multi - collinearity among the factors. Fourth, multiple regression analysis was performed to analyze the effect of sports confidence on self-esteem and ego-resilience. As a result, confidence for sports of the teenager’s Taekwondo Poomsae players was found to affect self-esteem and ego-resilience, and self-esteem was found to affect ego-resilience as well.
