| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 정신건강과 건강위험행위와의 관련성을 파악하고 인지된 스트레스와 건강위험행위와의 관계에서 우울감이 매개효과를 갖는지를 확인하는 것이다. 연구대상은 2015년 지역사회건강조사자료에서 도출한 전국의 만 19세에서 29세 사이의 대학생 8422명이다. 자료분석을 위해 복합표본설계에 따라 라오 스콧 교차검정, 로지스틱 회귀분석, Sobel test 등이 사용되었다. 연구결과 대학생의 인지된 스트레스, 우울감, 현재흡연, 폭음 및 고위험 음주는 성, 연령, 월가구소득 등에 따라 차이를 보였다. 인지된 스트레스는 현재흡연, 폭음, 고위험음주의 영향요인이었으며 우울감은 현재흡연과 폭음의 영향요인이었다. 우울감은 인지된 스트레스와 현재흡연, 인지된 스트레스와 폭음과의 관계에서 부분매개효과를 나타냈다. 본 연구결과는 대학생의 인지된 스트레스, 우울감 등의 정신건강문제를 포함하는 포괄적 건강행위 중재전략이 필요하다는 것을 제시한다. | - |
