- Abstract
- 본 연구에서는 한류 열풍의 주역인 한국 디지털 음악산업의 구조적 문제점을 분석해보고 융합 환경에서 글로벌 플랫폼 사업자와 경쟁을 위한 발전 방안에 대하여 논하였다. 먼저 글로벌 음원 스트리밍 서비스의 급성장 및 국내 음악산업의 현황에 대해 살펴보았다. 다음으로 디지털 음악산업의 구조적 문제점으로 수직적 통합 된 유통사 중심의 불합리한 음원 수익 배분 비율 등에 대하여 지적하였다. 디지털 음악산업의 발전 방안으로 저평가된 음원의 가치 회복을 위한 인프라 구축, 음원 수익 배분 비율의 재편, 저작권 신탁관리단체의 투명하고 체계적인 수익 배분 시스템 구축을 제시하였다.
