| dc.description.abstract | [연구목적]법인이 주주로서 배당금 수령시 그 배당금에 대한 법인세 부과는 피출자법인이 법인세 납부후 소득에 재차 과세하는 이중과세이므로 이에 대한 개선방안을 도출하기 위하여 연구하였다. [연구방법]제도의 도입 목적, 개정 취지, 주요국 제도와의 비교, 도입 당시와 현재 기업경영 및 재무현황과 지주회사 우대 근거인 지배구조 개선효과, 배당소득 환류세제 시행성과 등에 대한 선행 연구를 검토하였다. [연구결과]익금불산입률의 각종 차등은 불필요한 것으로 개선 방향은 각종 차등 폐지등 제도 단순화와 익금불산입률의 상향조정이다. [연구의 시사점]이중과세조정 목적에 충실하게 제도를 개선한다면 배당성향 및 배당수익률 제고로 주식시장의 코리아 디스카운트 해소와 경제활력 제고에도 기여할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다. | - |
