dc.description.abstractIn the field of nanotechnology, silver nanoparticles have been considered a promising antibacterial material for a century. The potential applications of graphene-based materials are increasingly recognized for their special physico-chemical and biological properties. In particular, graphene and graphene oxide as the foundation of nanocomposites have garnered much interest among researchers in many fields. In this review, we concentrate on different aspects of silver nanoparticle composites with graphene and graphene oxide, focusing on their synthesis methods, special characteristics, and antibacterial properties; we also briefly discuss limitations and future research.-
