dc.description.abstractRecent developments in IT industry such as mobile and wireless communication technologies have brought rapid IoT market expansion. Various home automation systems which enable convenient and rich life at home are emerging according to the expansion of IoT business. Such environments allow and help users to monitor situations in their homes in real time and control home appliances conveniently. In this paper, the home automation system which allows users to monitor situations in the home and control the power of home appliances and give detailed commands through remote interface in smart phone environment using the wireless communication is designed and implemented. ©2016 International Information Institute.-
