Abstract
According to few case reports, myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein-associated disease (MOGAD) could present as myelitis subtype with normal spine MRI, though it is rare. Herein, we report a case of clinically myelitis but MRI was normal, with strongly positive anti-MOG-IgG antibody in the sera. The patient showed a rapid improvement following a high dose methylprednisolone treatment. © 2023 The Authors
