관광산업 주가지수 추정 및 주가 버블에 관한 연구

| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 국내 관광산업의 주가지수를 보다 정확하게 산출하고 도출된 전체 관광산업 및 개별 관광산업의 주가 지수를 바탕으로 국내 관광산업 주가에 대한 버블현상 유무를 검증하고자 하였다. 이에 2008년 1월부터 2015년 12월까지의 16개의 국내 관광기업의 주별 주가 및 PERㆍPBR 자료를 이용하여 각 시계열자료의 단위근 및 정상성 검정을 실시하였고, 관광산업주가지수와 Fundamental value 간의 장기적 균형관계 유무를 검정하기 위한 요한슨 공적분 검정(Johansen’s Cointegration Test)을 실시하였다. 단위근 및 정상성 검정결과 분석결과, 전체관광산업 및 개별관광산업의 주가지수, PER, PBR 자료는 대부분 단위근을 갖는 불안정한 시계열자료로 나타났으며, 요한슨 공적분 검정결과는 전체 관광산업 및 6개의 개별 관광산업 모두에서 공적분관계가 존재하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 관광산업주가지수와 Fundamental value 간에 장기적 균형관계가 존재하지 않는다는 것을 의미하며 관광산업에서 주가버블현상이 존재하는 것으로 판단되었다. | - |
