- Abstract
- 본 연구는 유아교사의 임파워먼트가 놀이지원역량에 미치는 영향에서 성장 마인드셋의 조절효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 서울 및 경기에 소재한 유치원과 어린이집의 유아반 담임교사 334명을 대상으로 설문조사 하였다. 자료의 분석은 SPSS 29.0 (ver.) 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계치, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 주요 결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 유아교사의 임파워먼트, 놀이지원역량, 성장마인드셋은 정적인 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 유아교사의 임파워먼트가 놀이지원역량에 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 유아교사의 임파워먼트와 성장 마인드셋의 상호작용항은 놀이지원역량에 정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 성장마인드셋의 조절효과가 검증되었다. 이러한 결과는 유아교사의 놀이지원역량을 높일 수 있는 주요 요인으로서 임파워먼트와 성장 마인드셋 증진의 필요성을 제기하였다는데 그 시사점이 있다.
