dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to determine whether body composition and front head posture improved by applying combined training of sling exercise, dumbbell exercise, and aerobic exercise for 12 weeks to overweight elementary school students with forward head posture. The subjects of this study were 30 overweight elementary school students with front head posture, and the study design was a case study using a pre-post experimental design. We measured the subjects' body composition and craniovertebral angle before and after 12 weeks of training. As a result, body fat percentage significantly decreased, and skeletal muscle mass significantly increased after 12 weeks of combined training. Additionally, the craniovertebral angle significantly increased after 12 weeks of combined training. In conclusion, we confirmed that a 12-week combination of sling, dumbbell, and aerobic exercise was effective for improving cervical spine posture and body composition in overweight elementary school students with forward head posture.-
