| dc.description.abstract | 이 연구는 필라테스에 참가하는 노년기 여성의 적응유연성과 자아존중감 및 우울의 관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위한 연구대상은 경기도에 소재한 지역스포츠센터와 노인건강체력센터, 노인복지관에서 필라테스 프로그램에 참가하는 노년기 여성을 대상으로 322명의 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 20.0과 AMOS 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 설문지의 신뢰도와 타당도검사, 상관분석 그리고 구조방정식모형을 통해 연구가설을 검증하였다. 이러한 과정을 통해 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 필라테스에 참가하는 노년기 여성의 적응유연성은 자아존중감에 정적인 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 필라테스에 참가하는 노년기 여성의 적응유연성은 우울에 부적인 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 필라테스에 참가하는 노년기 여성의 자아존중감은 우울에 부적인 영향을 미친다. 넷째, 필라테스에 참가하는 노년기 여성의 적응유연성, 자아존중감 및 우울은 인과적 관계가 있으며, 자아존중감은 매개효과로서 중요한 역할을 한다. | - |
