dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study is to help middle aged women to maintain their health through verifying the influences on body composition, physical strength and blood factor when the middle aged women, who may have dramatical physical changed, perform a thera band resistance exercise regularly for 12 weeks and through preparing for basic database of the suitable program for positive effect for some symptoms such as declination of physical strength due to muscle loss, cardiac disease or obesity which may happen to middle aged woman. Two groups, the exercise group and the contrastive group, were composed of 25 individuals respectively and were physically compared before and after the study in terms of physical composition, physical strength and blood factor. The exercise group conducted exercise for one hour regularly three time a week, on the other hand the contrastive group did not work out. The repeated measured ANOVA was utilized to find out the differences in averages between groups. These results, the regular thera band resistance exercise could be verified to have positive effect on body composition, physical strength and blood factor. | - |
