Abstract

This study was designed to find the relationship between decisional balance, leisure satisfaction, and psychological happiness in University Students. To test this, 301 University students were sampled in Sungnam and Yongin City in Kyunggi province. The resulting data were processed by means of frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 18.0 program. Results derived from the researches based on the aforementioned methods and data analyses are as follows: First, benefit of exercise sub factor of decisional balance had positive effect on leisure satisfaction, but disbenefit of exercise sub factor of decisional balance had negative effect on leisure satisfaction. Second, benefit of exercise sub factor of decisional balance had positive effect on psychological happiness, but disbenefit of exercise sub factor of decisional balance had negative effect on psychological happiness. Third, leisure satisfaction had positive effect on psychological happiness through decisional balance.
