Title: 초기 성인의 부모화와 이성관계 만족도의 관계: 자아분화와 관계중독의 순차매개효과 Authors: 김상인; 하정희 Abstract: 본 연구는 초기 성인기를 대상으로 부모화와 이성관계 만족도의 관계에서 자아분화와 관계중독의 매개효과 및 순차매개효과를 검증했다. 연구를 위해 전국 거주 만 19세부터 39세까지 미혼 성인 330명을 대상으로 부모화 척도, 자아분화 척도, 관계중독 척도, 이성관계 만족도 척도를 사용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Statistics 26.0과 SPSS PROCESS macro 4.1을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 변인 간 모두 유의한 상관관계가 나타났다. 또한 자아분화와 관계중독은 각각 부모화와 이성관계 만족도의 관계를 유의하게 매개하는 것으로 확인되었다. 부모화가 이성관계 만족도에 미치는 직접적인 영향은 유의하지 않았으나, 자아분화와 관계중독이 순차적으로 작용하는 매개효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 부모화 경험이 성인기 이성관계 만족도에 직접 작용하기보다, 자아분화의 발달을 저해하고 관계중독적 특성을 강화하는 연속적인 심리적 과정을 통해 간접적으로 영향을 미친다는 것을 시사한다. 본 연구는 부모화를 경험한 초기 성인 내담자의 이성관계 문제를 이해하고 개입하는 데 있어 자아분화와 관계중독을 함께 고려하는 통합적 접근의 필요성을 제시한다는 점에서 의의가 있다.; This study examined the mediating and sequential mediating effects of differentiation of self and relationship addiction in the association between parentification and romantic relationship satisfaction in early adulthood. The data were collected from 330 unmarried adults (aged 19~39) in South Korea using the Parentification, Differentiation of Self, Relationship Addiction, and Romantic Relationship Satisfaction Scales. Data were analyzed using SPSS Statistics 26.0 and SPSS PROCESS macro 4.1. The results revealed significant correlations among all variables. Both differentiation of self and relationship addiction significantly mediated the relationship between parentification and romantic relationship satisfaction. Although the direct effect was not statistically significant, the sequential mediation effect through differentiation of self and relationship addiction was significant. These findings suggest that parentification may undermine romantic relationship satisfaction indirectly by weakening differentiation of self and increasing vulnerability to relationship addiction. This study highlights the importance of an integrated therapeutic approach that addresses both internal self-structures and external relational patterns for young adults who have experienced parentification.

Title: 미혼 성인이 지각하는 부모의 양육태도와 결혼 이미지의 관계에서 자아분화와 자아존중감의 순차적 매개효과 Authors: 이성은; 장유진 Abstract: The purpose of this study is to examine the sequential mediating effects of self-differentiation and self-esteem on the relationship between perceived parenting style and marriage image among unmarried adults. Data were collected from 329 unmarried adults. Pearson correlation analysis was conducted using SPSS 24.0, and a sequential mediation model was tested using PROCESS Macro (Model 6). The results indicate that parenting style, self-differentiation, self-esteem, and marriage image were all positively and significantly correlated with one another. Furthermore, self-differentiation and self-esteem sequentially mediated the relationship between parenting style and marriage image. Specifically, individuals who perceived their parents’ parenting style as more accepting reported higher levels of self-differentiation, which in turn enhanced self-esteem and ultimately contributed to the formation of a more positive marriage image. Based on these findings, implications for counseling and educational interventions are discussed, along with limitations of the study and suggestions for future research.
