dc.description.abstract | Purpose - As a concern of enterprises, this paper studies the relationship between green supply chain management, green innovation ability and enterprise performance. The green innovation of food supply chain not only meets the needs of the market, but also greatly improves the current environmental situation Design/methodology/approach - This study collected 348 survey data from food enterprises in China. This study carries out factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, structural model analysis with the help of SPSS 20.0 and Amos 24.0 software. Findings - The results show that green supply chain management has a positive correlation with enterprise environmental performance and green innovation ability, and it also has a positive impact on enterprise environmental performance through green innovation ability. Research implications or Originality - With the increasing number of food enterprises in China, the diversification and individualization of people's needs and food safety issues are becoming more and more important with environmental issues becoming particularly prominent. Green supply chain management implements the concept of green environmental protection, and the operation of green supply chain management will alleviate environmental problems. This studies will also have many implications for Green SCM research in Korea. | - |
