병사의 사회불안과 군 생활 적응의 관계에서 군 집단응집력의 매개효과

Abstract

본 연구는 군 병사의 사회불안과 군 생활 적응의 관계에서 군 집단응집력의 매개 효과가 나타나는지를 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 K도 육군 부대에서 복무 중인 병사 231명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 분석에 사용하였다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 군 병사의 사회불안과 군 집단응집력, 사회불안과 군 생활 적응은 각각 부적 상관을 나타냈고, 군 집단응집력과 군 생활 적응은 정적 상관을 나타냈다. 둘째, 군 병사의 사회불안과 군 생활 적응 관계에서 군 집단응집력의 매개 효과가 유의미하게 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로, 본 연구의 주요 시사점, 제한점 등이 제시되었다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze whether the mediating effect of Military Group Cohesion is appeared in the relationship between Social Anxiety and Military Life Adaptation of Korean soldiers. For this purpose, 231 soldiers serving in the army unit in K province were surveyed. The main research results are as follows. First, the Social Anxiety showed negative correlation with the Military Group cohesion and Military Life Adaptation respectively, and Military Group Cohesion showed positive correlation with the Military Life Adaption. Second, the mediating effect of Military Group Cohesion was significant in the relationship between military soldiers’ Social Anxiety and Military Life Adaptation. Based on the results, the implications and limitations of this study were presented.
