dc.description.abstractA synthetic protocol for the synthesis of C2-substituted N-hydroxyindoles has been developed which consists of Sonogashira coupling, partial reduction of the nitro group, and Larock cyclization. This protocol features superior generality and efficiency over conventional alternatives.-
