사용자특성에 따른 공동주택 단지내청소년 커뮤니티시설의 선호이미지에 관한 연구

Abstract

Youth’s leisure activity is the main element to create youth culture. Youths can relieve anxiety and stress and develop their potentials by participating in such activities. Since children can develop their ego, participating in avocation is an important part of their development. By considering the characteristics of living apartment complex and their requirements, if a facility is provided to offer different leisure activities to youths, development of leisure activities can develop accordingly. This study aims to figure out the preferences of youth living in Seoul about community facilities for physical activities, education, and cultural activities and reasons for their preferences. This study also aims to find out the preferred adjectives that students feel most adequate for community facilities. The results are as followed. When students were asked to choose between cheerful, gentle, elegant facilities as simulations for exercise, all students preferred ‘cheerful’. Most students preferred the educational facility to be ‘gentle’ and as well as the cultural facility. In a survey conducted about preferences, most of students preferred facilities for physical activities to be cheerful, bright, stable, comfortable, calm, and clean. For facilities for education, male and female middle school students and male high school students preferred calm, quiet, gentle, and a place where students can concentrate well. However, female high school students preferred clean, stable, comfortable, and clean facility for education.
