Daycare centers are the building where the strengthened guideline for indoor air quality compared to other facilities is applied. Appropriate ventilation is required to satisfy the indoor particle concentration and air cleaner can be used to maintain cleaner indoor air quality. However, there is insufficient information on the effect of ventilation and air cleaner on an indoor particle in daycare centers. Therefore, in this study, based on annual indoor air quality monitoring conducted for a daycare center with ventilation and air cleaner, we analyzed the long-term variations of the indoor particle, PM10, and PM2.5 concentration under the various operating conditions of ventilation and air cleaner. In addition, by using the simulation model which was developed based on the field monitoring, we confirmed the effect of ventilation and air cleaner on the indoor particle concentration.-
