| dc.description.abstract | 컨버터의 전력변환 효율을 최대한으로 높이기 위해서 소프트 스위칭에 대해 많은 연구가 진행 중이다. 특히, 대전력 컨버터는 일반 저전력 컨버터 보다 스위칭 손실이 크기 때문에 소프트 스위칭 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 대전력 컨버터로 Interleaved 컨버터를 선택하였으며, 이 컨버터의 소프트 스위칭 연구를 위해서 각 스위칭 소자들의 천이 구간에 영향을 미치는 기생성분을 연구하였다. Interleaved 컨버터는 스위치 개수가 병렬로 늘어나기 때문에, 전력변환 과정에서 스위치가 받는 스트레스를 반으로 줄일 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 기생성분을 고려한 컨버터의 동작 특성을 분석하고, 시뮬레이션을 통해 소프트 스위칭이 필요한 영역을 해석한다. | - |
